According to Liberty an air shower is nothing more than a device meant to limit the contamination brought into a controlled area such as a cleanroom. It works by moving air over the worker at a specific high velocity for a specified period of time. In a properly designed air shower, particles are driven off and away from the body and deposited on the upstream side of the HEPA or ULPA filters.
Air Showers have been used effectively in the cleanroom industry for over thirty-five (35) years and have been instrumental in reducing the level of contamination brought into the cleanroom.
Normally positioned between the cleanroom and the outside environment, an air shower is a chamber equipped with a blower unit, interlocking doors, HEPA filters and prefilters, a recirculating air system and multiple air nozzles. Various size nozzles are arranged on the walls and ceiling in a predetermined pattern for the most effective removal of loose particles, dust, or other particulate matter from the garments.
Filtered air is blown through the nozzles directly against the individual standing within the air shower, creating a flapping and shearing effect designed to remove loose contaminants prior to entering a change room, wash room, anteroom or cleanroom. The air is sucked taken from the chamber, stripped of its contaminants through the filtration system, and recycled back to the air shower to continue the cleaning job.
Today's air shower is equipped with a powerful blower unit, solid state electrical control panels complete with safety monitors and emergency shutdown capabilities that may be activated from both the interior and exterior of the unit. Fluorescent lighting is flush ceiling mounted for maximum brightness.

It's important to be mindful on using Loctite Threadlocker for the kind of work you are doing. Threadlocker can be use in different applications, reading this guide will help you understand its uses and give you insights on how it perform. Good Luck for first time users, hope this guide can help you!
How does a Loctite threadlocker work? Fill Gaps Loctite threadlockers are single-component adhesives that cure in the absence of air and in contact with active metal to form a tough thermoset plastic. They completely fill all voids between the interfacing threads, which makes the assembly a unitized component and ultimately prevents loosening.
Seal Threads Another property of Loctite threadlockers is thread sealing. This property is especially important when assembling through-bolts in an oil reservoir or cooling jacket in order to keep the fluids sealed in and corrosion out. Examples of this application are common, but not limited, to gearboxes and internal combustion engines.
Application Options For through-holes For blind holes For post-assembly For overhead applications For pre-applied applications IMPORTANT: To achieve optimum performance, all parts must be clean and free of contaminants (e.g., oil, grease).
Dispensing Options 250 ml and 50 ml push-pull nozzle 250 ml and 50 ml Loctite hand pumps Loctite integrated semi automatic dispenser, dispense valve and stationary dispense valve For maximum convenience and productivity, Loctite threadlockers can be dispensed through Loctite dispensing systems.
When should I use a Loctite primer? Speed up cure Significantly speed up the cure time of Loctite threadlockers when assembling metal parts that are cold, have large gaps or deep threads. Not required for primerless products.
Inactive metal assemblies* When assembling metal parts with inactive surfaces, Loctite primers are recommended to ensure proper performance of Loctite threadlockers. Not required for primerless products.
Loctite threadlocker key selection factors Strength Low Strength: Ideal for fasteners <¼" (6 mm). Easy disassembly using hand tools. Medium Strength: Designed to be removable with standard hand tools on ¼" to ¾" fasteners. High Strength: Designed to deliver high strength on ¼" to ¾" (6 mm to 22 mm) fasteners. For removal, it may require localized heat (>550°F/260°C), hand tools, and disassembly while hot.
Viscosity Liquid Formulas: Everyday assembly; ideal for fine threads and blind holes Semisolid Formulas: Pocket-friendly, ideal for overhead applications Tape Formula: Pocket-friendly; controlled application; can be pre-applied several days before assembly
Application Methods Pre-Applied: QuickTape threadlocker can be applied beforehand on bolts that are waiting to be assembled. Pre-Assembly: Most Loctite liquid threadlockers are designed to be applied at the moment that parts will be assembled. Post-Assembly: Wicking grade formula can be applied on parts that are already assembled.
